As a participant from the Solomon Islands in the Pacific, I am honored to share my enriching experience at the Electrical Training Academy (ETA). Under the leadership of Mr. Domenic Gizzi, the Academy’s director, and the dedicated efforts of its staff, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth and professionalism.
The Academy’s comprehensive teaching approach, encompassing advanced electrical engineering concepts and practical knowledge, has exceeded all expectations. These invaluable insights have significantly enhanced our preparedness for the LEA assessment and equipped us with the skills required to excel in the workforce. The unwavering guidance and support provided throughout the process have been truly commendable.
The training facilities at the Electrical Training Academy (ETA) are truly state-of-the-art, offering hands-on experience with industry-standard equipment. The courses are meticulously designed, combining in-depth theoretical knowledge with practical skills and Safe Work Practices (SWP), which gave me the confidence to pass the LEA assessment on my first attempt. At ETA, I felt genuinely educated, not merely trained, which has thoroughly prepared me for the real-world challenges of the electrical industry.
I wholeheartedly recommend ETA to any student aspiring to excel in the electrical trade. The dedication and expertise of the staff set ETA apart as a premier institution. Had a great experience here with Joe. Before starting my REL Class 2 course he was easy to contact him and he spent a lot of time explaining things to me about the course that I didn't understand. While in the course he was very knowledgeable, supportable and encouraging. Was a pleasure working with him. 5 stars

Highly recommend to anyone preparing to sit electrical exams. They are very up to date with exactly what to teach to ensure you’re familiar with the exam content. They also gave me the opportunity to come back and practice a bit more before my exam day, to make sure I was confident and completely ready. Flexibility, consistency and relevant content all 10/10, and their facilities are regularly being upgraded.

Great Experience. Sat my LET, LEP and SWP refreshers here. Passed all exams on the first attempt, within a 3 week span. Credit to the boys, great teachers, great people. All around 10/10.I learned more in my 3 weeks with them than I did 3 years at tafe.

100% recommend this place to anyone going for their exams and want to pass. I went into these refresher courses having learnt absolutely nothing from my trade school so I knew I was behind going into these exams. However, the boys at ETA, George, Sheesh and Paul, got me through it. They simplify everything and teach you exactly what you need to know to pass your exams. If you wanna pass your exams and become an A Grade, this is the place to come.

A BIG thanks to Dom, his family and everyone else at ETA for doing what they do. The most refreshing part about my experience (besides passing everything first time confidently: LEA), was I actually walked away feeling educated. If you're a student that's willing to learn, please do yourself and our industry a favour and come see these guys. There's few people out there that will give you time, in the way these guys do. And lastly, the knowledge and wisdom they possess across the academy is priceless. Did my LET and LEP refresher here and could not have been more thankful for the help from the fellas there. John was awesome in helping me through the process of my SWP. I had Dom for my LEP and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to do a refresher for their exams

The team at ETA were great. All the staff were friendly and informative. What I learnt there helped me get 100% on my LET which won me a prize of 3 different electrical meters (IR tester, clamp meter and voltage tester). When I had to shift my class days they were more than accommodating.Would highly recommend to all apprentices to do even if you feel really confident already.

Passed all my exams easily thanks to eta. From booking in course dates to line up with your exams, to the learning structure it’s all laid out really well to give you the best possibility of success. Was a great experience and some of the best teachers I have come across so far. Everyone at eta genuinely want you to succeed and you feel that from the second you call to book. Couldn’t recommend enough!
